Scattered T-Storms are expected through Monday evening, some storms maybe severe especially east of North Platte. I think our best chances for storms will be before Midnight. Then for the overnight partly cloudy skies will take hold. Lows will be in low 60s with a variable wind early turning to the south overnight.
Another wave of low pressure moves in from Wyoming Tuesday afternoon. This will bring a chance of scattered t-storms to the panhandle in the afternoon and then to the rest of the area Tuesday evening. Highs will be in the mid to upper 80s and lows will be in the upper 50s. Winds will be out the southeast 5-10.
Temperatures start to warm up on Wednesday with highs pushing 90. There will be a slight chance of storms moving in late on Wednesday and lingering on into Thursday morning. Thursday and Friday will be very hot with highs in the mid to upper 90s. Another storm system moves in for the weekend, which will bring us another chance of rain.
Take care,
Thomas
