It’s hot outside and its going to get even hotter! There is a chance of an isolated storm north of HWY 2, but most of the t-storm action and severe weather should remain in the Dakotas Wednesday night.

A cold front moves through the region on Thursday, but all it does is switch the winds to the NE and produce a few clouds. Reasons were not seeing any t-storms is due to warm air aloft. For T-Storms to develop you need warm air at the surface and cold air aloft. Highs Thursday will be in the 90s.

100 degree heat rolls in for Friday right Through Tuesday, Tuesday is also our next chance of Rain.
