Lows by Wednesday AM will be in the upper 50s and lower 60s. Highs on Wednesday will be in the 80s and lower 90s. There is a chance of severe storms on Wednesday afternoon.

Another Stormy Night!
Scattered showers & t-storms will be with us Thursday Night. Then a more wide spread event is possible for the Overnight Thursday. For the severe threat through the early morning hours on Friday I'm looking mainly for large hail and damging winds. There is an isolated chance of a tornado for Southern Nebraska but the tornado chances are not as great as Wednesday Night.
As we head into the Overnight Thursday. Heavy rain will become a threat, espeically east of North Platte.

Another Rainy Night
After a Tuesday afternoon of Tornado Warnings across the area. Mainly just looking for a wet night during the overnight on Tuesday. No severe weather is expected, but some heavy rain is possible that may cause some urban, small stream and low lying flooding.
A cool (well for this time of year cold) day is expected for Wednesday with highs only in the upper 50s and lower 60s. On and off showers and t-storms are expected as well.
When is it going to warm up you ask? You're answer might be this late weekend as temps rebound back in into the 80s by Sunday and early next week. The bad news is that the chance of showers of t-storms will contiune into early next week.

Severe Weather
We have been missing out on severe weather a lot this spring. But I think towards the end of the week our luck is going to run out.
Starting Thursday, areas west of Hwy 83 are under a slight risk of severe weather for large hail and damaging winds. Highs on Thursday will be in the upper 70s.
Friday, everyone is under the gun for severe weather. In addition, our tornado threat beings to increase.
Stay tuned to News 2 for the latest weather updates.

Overnight Update
I'm going to remove the rain from the forecast north of HWY 92 and only keep a slight chance south of HWY 92. I also think if we get some thining in the clouds, some isolated areas may reach the upper 30s north of HWY 92.

Rainy Night
Light rain will continue into the Tuesday night across the area with cool conditions. Lows will be in the 40s. The sun tries to make an apperance Wednesday but I think its going to be 50/50 between the clouds and the sun. Highs will be in the 60s with an east wind around 10. Highs are back in the 70s on Thursday but the t-storms are also back as well.
