The last of the rain showers are moving out, skies will clear through out the overnight Thursday. Lows will be cool, in the upper 20s and low 30s. Winds will be out of the north/northwest 5-10.
Sunshine and warm conditions beginning Friday and going right through the weekend, expect highs near or above 80 both Saturday and Sunday.
