Winds have allready fliped around to the north/northwest at Ogallala and Imperial. And they are screaming to the tone of 40mph with gusts up to 60mph. Snow is not that far behind with snow allready starting to fly in Garden, Deuel and Sheridan counties. Blizzard conditons will be felt in these areas in the next hour or so.
