Good-bye warm weather…

Strong winds (at times up to 50mph), and snow will continue through at least late Thursday night. 4-6 inches of snow is possible along hwy 20. 2-4 inches between HWY 2 and HWY 20 and less than an inch of snow is possible for the rest of the KNOP-TV News 2 Viewing area. This all by late Thursday and early Friday AM.

One last thing, travel is not advised north of Valentine as most of Central and Western South Dakota is under a Blizzard warning for the possible 12-24 inches of snow with 70mph winds.
