Mostly clear with some patchy fog. Lows will be in the mid to upper 50s.

Other than a few isolated t-storms in Southwest Nebraska, look for partly cloudy skies with lows in the upper 50s. Friday highs will be in the 80s with partly sunny skies. Our next chance of T-Storms comes after about 8pm Friday night.

Scattered T-Storms will become more numerous as we head into the night time hours. Some maybe severe (especially south of I-80) with large hail and damaging winds, the main threat will be heavy rain though.

Most everyone will see a quiet Wednesday evening across Greater Nebraska. I did though to be on the safe side put a 20% chance of T-Storms for the evening time frame.

A better chance of T-Storms overnight, especially north of HWY 2, there is a slight chance that some storms maybe severe with heavy rain being the main threat.

Speaking of heavy rain, that’s what we don’t need in North Platte near the North Platte River. A Flood Warning remains in effect as Cody Park is under water by the boat dock. The river is expected to crest at 6.3” feet on Thursday. That’s if we don’t see anymore rain. Unfortunately, we do have a chance of rain in the forecast for Wednesday. Some storms maybe severe with large hail and damaging winds, but I think the main threat will be heavy rain.

T-Storms will continue through the overnight on Monday, at times some maybe strong to severe. Lows will be low to mid 60s.

A Flood Warning is in effect for the North Platte River at Cody Park.
